As a Certified Personal Trainer, Stephanie has always been passionate about fitness. She enjoys working with individuals and groups to help them achieve their goals of becoming stronger in both mind and body. She enjoys a variety of activities including Kickboxing, Circuit Training, Strength Training, Swimming and Running. Having run over 20 marathons, including two Boston, her drive and determination have been critical to her success. She is dedicated to making fitness fun and always different so you will never get bored!
